The student will conduct an experiment to analyze dependency in a functional relationship.

1. How can you determine if a problem situation depicts a functional relationship?
2. Explain how dependency can be determined.  (Which quantity depends on the other?)
3. Explain the relationship between dependency and rate of change.


Demonstration of Learning

Given 3 critical questions, the student will conduct an experiment to analyze dependency in a functional relationship, at a rate of 75% or better.
